The Indian market is likely to open lower on Wednesday following losses in global peers. At 7:05 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 53.00 points or 0.44 percent lower at 11,888.00, indicating a negative start for the Sensex and Nifty50.

Management expects dollar revenue growth at 1.5-3.5 percent in Q3. Net profit rose 3.1 percent to Rs 2,465.7 crore. The company approved share buyback of up to 23.75 crore equity shares worth Rs 9,500 crore via a tender offer at Rs 400 per share.
