The Indian market is likely to open on a tepid note on Wednesday following a muted trend in Asian peers amid concerns over rising COVID cases in various countries. At 7:30 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 9.00 points or 0.07 percent higher at 12,906.50, indicating a flat start for the Sensex and Nifty50.
