CG Power shares jump 7% after board approves Kanjurmarg land sale

As a pre-condition to the sale of the land, the company's board also approved the closure or shifting of the said transformer manufacturing unit, the company said in a BSE filing.
CG Power is likely to close the deal with Evie Real Estate Private by October 27, 2019, and will complete the sale on or before by the end of the year.
At 9.40 AM, the stock was trading 7.3 percent up at Rs 28.75 per share, while the BSE Sensex was up 28.71 points, or 0.07 percent at 39,223.20.
