India Core Sector Data | Production of eight infrastructure sectors recorded an almost flat growth rate of 6 percent in February as against 5.9 percent in the same month last year.

India Core Sector Data | The combined Index of Eight Core Industries (ICI) increased by 6.0 per cent (provisional) in February 2023 as compared to the Index of February 2022. The production of Fertilizers, Coal, Electricity, Cement, Steel, Refinery Products and Natural Gas increased in February 2023 over the corresponding month of last year.

India Core Sector Data | The final growth rate of the Index of Eight Core Industries for November 2022 is revised to 5.7 percent from its provisional level of 5.4 percent. The cumulative growth rate of ICI during April-February 2022-23 was reported 7.8 percent (provisional) as compared to the corresponding period of last year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Petroleum Refinery production increased by 3.3 percent in February 2023 over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 5.2 percent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Crude Oil production declined by 4.9 per cent in February this year over February 2022. Its cumulative index declined by 1.6 percent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year. 

India Core Sector Data Live: Coal production increased by 8.5 per cent in February 2023 over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 15.2 per cent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Electricity generation increased by 7.6 percent in February 2023 over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 9.9 per cent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Cement production increased by 7.3 percent in February 2023 over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 9.7 percent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Steel production increased by 6.9 percent in February 2023 over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 7.5 per cent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year. 

India Core Sector Data Live: Fertilizer production increased by 22.2 percent in February this year over February 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 11.5 percent from April to February 2022-23 over the corresponding period of the previous year. 

India Core Sector Data Live: Natural Gas production increased by 3.2 percent in February this year over February, 2022. Its cumulative index increased by 1.5 percent during April to February, 2022-23 over the corresponding period of previous year.

India Core Sector Data Live: Barring crude oil, all the segments posted an increase in production.
