The US dollar ended sharply lower against the rupee at Rs 68.68 per dollar.
The US dollar ended sharply lower against the rupee at Rs 68.68 per dollar but the pound sterling finished higher at Rs 89.01 at the close of the Interbank Foreign Exchange (forex) market.
