WTI June futures fall 20% to $16; soon-to-expire May futures still in negative zone

West Texas Intermediate crude futures for May delivery returned to negative in early morning trade on Tuesday.
The June contract for WTI, which is more actively traded, slipped more than 20 percent, falling nearly $11 a barrel.
Meanwhile, international benchmark Brent crude futures were down 15 percent, trading at $21.50 per barrel.
