US oil prices climb after tumble, but oversupply worries drag

US crude oil had climbed 37 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $46.24 per barrel.
China’s Shanghai crude futures fell 5.95 percent in tandem with Brent’s decline overnight to trade at CNY 388.9 ($56.41) per barrel on Wednesday.
