Debt-laden Reliance Communication moved the Supreme Court against the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) which had denied the firm additional time to make payment of Rs 770 crore for deferred spectrum liabilities.
The Supreme Court will hear the telco's plea on Tuesday while the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has adjourned the asset sale case till May 2.
The telco claims that they are in the process of restructuring debt with the lenders.
