The development comes as rift widens in the Kirloskar family that controls the 130-year-old Kirloskar Group, according to the report.
Rahul and Atul kirloskar, who have raised allegations of oppression and mismanagement in the group’s flagship company, have also requested the removal of current board members of the company and appointment of their own nominees on the board, the report said.
As per the report, the Mumbai bench will hear the case on December 17.
