CJI Sexual Harassment Case: Complainant withdraws from inquiry by 3-judge panel, says justice unlikely

In a statement, she alleged that despite requesting for an external committee to conduct the inquiry into the matter, an internal committee was formed.
"I have not been supplied even a copy of my statement as recorded on 26th and 29th April 2019," she said.
"I have not been allowed to have the presence of my lawyer/support person despite my impaired hearing, nervousness and fear," she added.
