KKR looking to invest in IL&FS road projects, says report

KKR, which raised about $7.4 billion infrastructure fund last month, is looking at infrastructure buyouts in India and has hired Hardik Shah of Brookefield Asset Management for its India business, the report said.
While KKR invests in India through its Asia-focused private equity fund, for infrastructure investments, the firm has raised only global funds so far.
