Tan See Leng, managing director of IHH Healthcare, said the top court's decision does not impact the subscription of the shares which had been completed on November 13, the report said quoting Leng as saying in an email accessed by the newspaper.
"This development does not in any diminish our resolve and absolute commitment to return Fortis to growth. We will continue to execute on our plans to stabilise Fortis and ensure that it achieves its full potential as part of the IHH family," Leng said in the email headlined 'Staying Strong Together: Fortis and IHH Healthcare'.
The Malaysian company has a controlling stake of 31 percent in Fortis.
