The lender has acknowledged that the customers were facing issues due to a technical glitch.

The online banking services of the largest private lender HDFC Bank continued to face technical glitches for the second day in a row on Tuesday. Some customers of the bank are still experiencing issues accessing their net banking accounts.
Customers, since Monday, have been expressing their concerns over the issues faced by them through social media platform Twitter.
The lender too has acknowledged that the customers were facing issues due to a technical glitch.
"We apologise that the resolution of the technical glitch is taking more time than anticipated. Our experts are working round the clock. While some customers are able to transact using NetBanking and MobileBanking App, a few may still be facing intermittent issues," the bank tweeted.
"Due to a technical glitch, some of our customers have been having trouble logging into our net banking and MobileBanking App. Our experts are working on it on top priority, and we're confident we'll be able to restore services shortly. While we deeply regret the inconvenience caused, there's no cause for undue concern," said the bank on Monday, responding to a CNBC-TV18 query
