PM Modi faces call drops, urges telecom department to find tech solutions: report

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reportedly asked telecom secretary Aruna Sundarajan the amount of fine or penalties collected from the telecom operators for call drops.
Trai brought the call drop criterion under the Quality of Service (QoS) norms which has a provision for higher penalties for deficiency in poor network, among other services.
