Indian refiners seek higher duty on Malaysian refined palm oil imports

India is the world's biggest importer of edible oils.
India cut duty on refined palm oil sourced from Malaysia to 45 percent from 54 percent as part of a Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CECA) signed by the two countries nearly a decade ago.
