When will the Union Budget 2023-2024 be presented in Parliament?
The union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi on Friday informed that the Budget session for the fiscal year 2023-24 will start on January 31 with the presentation going to be held on February 1. The Budget session will continue till April 6 with a recess in between.
The Budget is usually presented at the start of the Parliamentary session, which is known as the Budget Session. However, since 2016, the Budget has been presented on February 1. The Budget presentation begins at 11 am on the first day of February.
