Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, MD and CEO of Bandhan Bank spoke to CNBC-TV18 about the bank’s second quarter performance.
He said no restructuring would be required in tghe microfinance credit portfolio is required, he said.
“The customers have started paying instalments – around 95 percent of them - which is very near to normal position,” he said.
On deposit growth, Ghosh said the bank would focus on retail deposits.
“We have already opened 142 branches and we have plan to open another 574 branches by March end,” he said.
