In Pictures: People get ready to bid adieu to Ramadan as Eid-al-Fitr nears

The Islamic month of Ramadan in which Muslims observe fasting is coming to an end. Muslims across the globe prepare to bid adieu to the holy month that was filled with kindness and blessings. The celebration of Eid-al-Fitr marks the start of the Islamic month of Shawwal and the end of Ramadan. Muslims in India and Pakistan have begun their preparations to celebrate the festival on June 5. Women and girls are seen decorating their hands with beautiful Henna designs. They are also seen indulging in buying new clothes, jewellery, and colourful and traditional bangles. Many also head back to their families to celebrate the festival with great fervor. Here are a few glimpses:
