A curated investor conclave, LetsIgnite—the flagship event of LetsVenture—in Bengaluru is the perfect platform for early-stage startups to get access to prominent investors, and for marquee investors to engage with other key investors. The conclave—that took place on June 15—provides a space for them to get together and discuss investment trends and best practices to help nurture the startup ecosystem as well as create a gateway of opportunities for them.
This year’s theme was ‘Organising India’s Private Markets’ where the discussions were focused around: the intersection of the private and public market; the changing dynamics of early-stage funding ecosystem in India; how key stakeholders (such as marquee, angel, micro-funds, larger funds venturing into early stage) envision their roles going forward; the future of fintech and fintech innovations (that go beyond payments and lending); and more. This year’s conference was aimed at connecting angel investors, VCs, family offices and corporate companies from India and abroad to create the largest networking summit.
There was also an opportunity for 22 shortlisted startups (out of 1500+ applicants) to make a pitch and kick-start their fundraising.
Several industry leaders attended and shared their views on the ever-changing startup ecosystem and the many initiatives that can be taken to help them succeed.
