The JLR brand will have 100 percent electric vehicles (EVs) in its Jaguar portfolio by 2025 and 60 percent of Land Rovers sold will be electric or hydrogen fuel cell.

Parikshit Luthra reports that the company announced an ambitious 'Reimagine' strategy to become a net zero carbon business by 2039.

The company said they are testing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. There could also be a mix of hydrogen fuel cell and electric vehicles for the Jaguar brand as well as the Land Rover brand, reports Luthra.

The company has made an annual commitment of around 2.5 billion euros and a large amount of that is expected to go towards electric vehicle development and hydrogen fuel cell as well.
