With the unlock happening, there is increased pent-up demand as well as demand coming for the festive season, said Garg.
One of the biggest shifts, according to him, is behavioural shift due to COVID-19. “The biggest shift is the shift from offline to online. There is at least a 2x surge in demand which has happened this year versus the last year due to entire shift,” he added.
“There is a very strong digital push,” said Sharma.
“This season, brands themselves along with channels and platforms, like us, are asking the right price points at which they need to build products and offer it to the market. There is certainly a pent-up demand but it is a pent-up demand trading in favour of lower price points for comparable value,” Sharma added.
