Tatas may seek non-compete agreement with Jet Airways' Naresh Goyal: report
Updated : November 20, 2018 10:46 AM IST
The non-compete agreement would keep Goyal out of the travel and trade business as well as running the airline company for a period of at least five years, the report said citing sources.
However, such a clause may become a deal breaker as Goyal will not want to stay out of the travel and trade business, said the report.
