SpiceJet launches daily flights on New Delhi-Hong Kong route

With this, the airline stands as the only budget carrier which offers direct connectivity between the two cities.

The tickets can be booked on the airline's website, the mobile app and through online travel portals and travel agents.

Low-cost airline SpiceJet on Friday launched its daily non-stop flight on the New Delhi-Hong Kong route, marking the airline's eighth international destination. With this, the airline stands as the only budget carrier which offers direct connectivity between the two cities.

The flight will take off at 10:45 PM from New Delhi and will reach Hong Kong at 06:40 AM (Hong Kong time). From Hong Kong, the flight will take off at 07:40 AM and will be back in New Delhi by 10:50 AM (India time).

Announcing the launch, Shilpa Bhatia, chief sales and revenue officer of the airline, said, “We are delighted to launch our direct flight on the Delhi-Hong Kong route. Hong Kong is one of the largest trading entities and one of the world’s top tourist destination, hence, we see tremendous potential in this sector. We have already witnessed a huge demand on this sector and foresee that this will only grow in the coming days."

The tickets can be booked on the airline's website, the mobile app and through online travel portals and travel agents.

The airline already operates in Bangkok, Colombo, Dubai, Dhaka, Kabul, Male and Muscat.
