In yet another sign of growing bitterness in the IndiGo cockpit, co-founder Rakesh Gangwal has said that he doesn’t agree with the sequencing that has been decided by the Chairman M Damodaran, sources told CNBC-TV18.
In the last two days, Gangwal wrote a fresh letter where he himself acknowledged that while there is an agreement on all the controversial issues from related party transaction to board composition, what he wants is that the committee meeting should happen before the vote at the AGM, to be held on August 27.
Now Gangwal has basically said that he doesn’t agree with the sequencing that has been decided by the Chairman M. Damodaran. He wants the sequencing as the first factor in the committee meeting and then the Articles of the Association amendment vote at the AGM.
As per sources, at this point in time, there is no question of the sequence of meetings being reversed, the sequence of meetings will happen as per the plan.
