Delhi's IGI becomes world’s first airport to deploy eco-friendly taxiing vehicles Taxibots

Celebi has already deployed two taxibots at the Delhi airport.
Taxibots at the Delhi airport, which will tow narrow-body aircraft from the terminal gate to the take-off point, when the engines are turned off.
The bots aim to reduce fuel consumption by 85 percent, bring down the emission of carbon dioxide and other noxious gases by 85 percent and also check noise pollution at the airports by 60 percent.
