Air India plans to raise up to Rs 7,000 crore via bond sale to repay loans, says report

Debt-laden Air India is considering to raise up to Rs 7,000 crore via domestic bond sales in order to repay its maturing loans and restructure stressed debt.
The sources told the paper that the airline has received an in-principle approval from the government which guarantees the proposed bonds.
