Volvo Cars to be the first company to assemble plug-in hybrids in India

Company’s ambition is to have a million electric cars on the road by 2025.
Volvo Cars will use its Bengaluru facility to produce a 'Make in India' Plug In hybrid.
The company announced on Thursday that all its cars to be produced from next year will be either mild hybrid or plug in hybrid.
