Atul Auto has reported a 13.3 percent rise in February auto sales. Jitendra Adhia, president-finance of Atul Auto, spoke to CNBC-TV18 about the company's growth prospects.
"Over the last 12 months, the sales have been consistent at 4000 per month and aim to end the year with sales of 50,000 units. So far the company has done 45000 units year-to-date," Adhia said on Tuesday.
"The company would definitely perform better in FY20 than FY19", he assured, adding that the growth rate is expected to be in double-digits on back of a complete product range of diesel, alternate fuel and electric three-wheelers.
Talking about the company's growth prospects, Adhia said, "Year to date exports have grown by 60 percent. The company exported around 500 units in February, he said. The products have been well received by various countries, said Adhia. As of now, the company is present in 18 countries and have received positive feedback from them".
